Terms of Service

Welcome to Absolyd (“Trading Name”), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Serhii Cheredko, registration number 304769702 (“Legal Entity”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI voice receptionist, scheduling, and related services (“Services”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization to use the Services.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Services and Scope

Absolyd provides AI voice reception, call routing, scheduling, and related automation tailored for HVAC and plumbing businesses. We may update or improve the Services over time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are described on the Pricing page or in an Order Form. Charges may include one-time setup fees and recurring subscription fees. All payments are subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or transmit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. You will comply with applicable telephony, privacy, and consumer protection laws and ensure that any scripts or prompts you provide are accurate and lawful.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining consent from your callers for recording or processing their data.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only to perform obligations under these Terms.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we aim to provide 24/7 uptime for production workloads.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Absolyd’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you to Absolyd in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Absolyd harmless from claims arising from (a) your misuse of the Services, (b) content or scripts you provide, or (c) violation of applicable laws.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with written notice if the breach is not cured within 15 days. We may suspend access for non-payment or misuse. Upon termination, your access will cease and outstanding fees will become due.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
